The Challenge
Shieldpay is a powerful and transparent service provider that functions as a instant digital escrow service, enabling totally secure payment transactions between users. The software was developed by our teams here in Dotsquares, in the mindset to cater for three different types of user:
- Personal to Personal
- Personal to Business
- Business to Business
Services include customer on boarding, verification, payment processing, fund transfer, and escrow facilities.
The Solution
As Shieldpay looked at the need to rapidly develop their early solution, they required a wide number of technology roles comprising of various skillsets, without the budget or desire at the time to hire their own team.
They needed to good balance of project and development resources at competitive rates to enable them progress with launch of the first version of the Shieldpay platform.
The Results
From the early engagement Shieldpay has continued to expand the platform and its capabilities, with a mix of technical skilled resources across all areas of technology roles as well as operational support needs.
We delivered a wide range of highly secured API's which can easily be integrated with partners for automating the business process. Overall we delivered a Web based system for Retail Customers, Enterprise Customers, Mobile Application, Secure API's and an Admin Portal for Shieldpay.
Having this relationship has allowed Shieldpay to flexibly adjust their resourcing needs to meet business demands in a timely way.
