The Challenge
The client was facing challenges in efficiently overseeing a diverse range of schools and their bookings. Issues have arisen in the seamless onboarding of new schools and providing admin with control over the activation or deactivation of schools. Additionally, effectively managing a substantial volume of appointments has become a significant operational obstacle within a single website platform.
The Solution
We proposed integrating Multisite WordPress, requiring strategic planning to maintain network cohesion while preserving each school's identity online. We developed a custom booking module tightly integrated with the Stripe payment gateway, implementing rigorous security protocols to protect transaction data. Managing a diverse range of schools presented challenges. We streamlined new school sign-ups with an intuitive onboarding process and provided tailored admin controls for school activation or deactivation.Efficiently handling a high volume of appointments became a priority, leading to the creation of a robust admin filtering system. We refined the login/signup process for a smooth experience and implemented user-friendly interfaces and stringent security measures.Additionally, we introduced a secure parent portal for seamless report checks and profile changes, prioritising data security and confidentiality.
