Ocean Holidays, founded in 2004 as a Teletext-based start-up, has evolved into a travel powerhouse with four brands: Ocean Florida, Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer Florida specialist; Winged Boots, offering personalised luxury holidays; Ocean California, serving over 250,000 passengers with ATOL-protected USA experiences; and Ocean Beds, the leading global provider of Florida vacation home rentals. With a 15-year partnership with Dotsquares, their team has grown from 5 to over 200 employees, delivering exceptional travel solutions.

The Challenge

Before 2014, Ocean Holidays faced challenges with manual lead generation, follow-ups, and task allocation due to a small team of 2 to 5 staff and no automation platform. This led to 20%-30% lead loss from slow response times. The absence of a comprehensive reporting system hindered tracking of agent performance, sales metrics, and profits, impacting productivity.
