What was the scope of the project involved?

A website needed to be designed to facilitate the selling of personalized, confidential videos to paying customers. The website also had to automate the purchase of the videos, the communication to the actor/actress regarding new orders and the transfer of videos from the actor recording the video to the customer via email or sms.

Dotsquares took the lead in making my vision of the design of the website become a reality. They provided me with options regarding the "look and feel" of the website by using state-of-the-art web design technologies. They methodically addressed all technical issues that arose during the testing of the website and they showed great flexibility and patience in meeting mys constantly evolving vision of how the website should eventually function. The result was a website where all components seemed to fit together seamlessly.

* They showed integrity by taking responsibility for any delays due to communication issues. * New requests that were not in the original specifications were promptly assessed. I thought that their time estimates and costs for additional work were always reasonable. * They never complained about the fact that the design of the website was constantly evolving due to my lack of prior experience designing a website. * I was never told "this cannot be done" when I asked for a specific visual effect on the website or a feature that was not described in the original specification. Their demonstrated technical competency leaves no room for doubt. * The project manager constantly assured me that they would be there after Go-Live to make sure that my website continued to function as expected. I felt that I actually had business partners who were almost as vested in the success of my website as I was.

work on homepage product page: add additional tabs fabric swatch must work properly with prices added to total cost Custom work to create "order a sample swatch" install and set up bundle plugin

homepage ok product page additional tabs ok fabric swatch prices do not get added to the total cost - this is NOT working as requested Bundles plugin - this is NOT working. Virendra spend a long time trying to get it to work and trying to get another plugin to work but was not able to make it work with the fabric swatch. No satisfactory solution was found. Custom work to create order a sample swatch. This was done but not to my standards. The submit button is hard to find. The customer is required to complete even the fields that say they are technically NOT required (no *). The form when I tested it, did NOT go to my email address. I have asked twice about this, where is the email address, as I have not received an email but I have not been told. I was told this work would take 5 days. It was on your test servers for 3 weeks. Now it is about 6 weeks since the work was started and it is not complete. I am very frustrated and unhappy with the quality and speed and thoroughness. I need my site to be up for summer ins USA and this has cost me weeks of work. I am not happy at all with the results.
