I transferred to a new web host; my website did not work on their servers - the forms did not work. I needed to get the site updated to php5.4 and for it to work on the new hosts servers.

They migrated the script from php4 to php5.4, and also resolved the issue of the forms not working (due to a setting on 1&1's server).
