We know that to make IT projects successful you need to have a rigid (yet flexible when needed) project methodology, and for this reason we have only ever used Agile since inception in 2002. With the way we work on a time & materials basis it gives complete transparency on what work and tasks are being done at any time. With our online project management system DSProjects we can give you access to one of our development servers so that you can actually see the work as it is being done. Our Agile project methodology means that we will be looking to our clients to confirm our work as we move on to the next task. This eliminates doubt so that clients understand the development process and any challenges that need to be faced and overcome.

Support
Our support of course does not stop when the project has been completed. Unlike other development companies we also do not look to lock you in to a maintenance contract.
What we offer is the ability to pre-book a block (we call it a Bucket) of ad-hoc hours. As the maintenance work is completed (in up to 15 minute segments) we simply reduce the amount of time in that Bucket. Your updates are completed by the same Developer who worked originally on the project, everything is provided on a time & materials basis – with no fuss and complete transparency through our online project management system.
