Annual Town Hall Meeting 2017

When it comes to business, particularly when it comes to a competitive sector like the IT industry, its good practise to reflect on your experiences and learnings to see how you can improve on your services. Here at Dotsquares we strive to be one step ahead of our competitors, and remain at the forefront of our industry, which is why we hold an Annual Town Hall Meeting in Jaipur India.

This year as we gathered our elite professionals of Team Mangers, IT developers and designers and Business Analysts, we looked back at both the highlights and the learning curves from 2017.

Highlights of 2017:

• We managed to obtain 1000+ new clients and 1800+ new projects over the year.
• We are now partnered with Shopify and BigCommerce for their product solutions.
• We are awarded as Best ecommerce solutions provider from Clutch.
• We have helped Fujitsu to obtain a Guinness World Record of the Largest Tablet Computer Mosaic.
• Have developed several highly interactive games using 3D and AR (Augmented reality), like Cold Blood Go.
• We have now opened an office in Dubai. 
• Participated with Gitex in Dubai to expand our reach in Middle East.
• Participated with the Business Shows in London to showcase our expertise and abilities.
• Technical sessions and seminars on Cloud, Blockchain, Xamarin, CMMi, Quality controls (QC) and new technologies.
• Organised the annual Townhall 2017 event to review achievements, challenges and present the company vision for the near future.

Of course we have to acknowledge that none of these highlights would have ever been possible without the dedicated support, and hard work put in by our loyal employees. Understanding that reward and recognition is an integral part to providing both happiness in the workplace and also company growth, we honoured those whose input particularly stood out over 2017. As we were joined by our valuable clients Alex Higman and Peter Blencowe from Bluecrest Health Screening, we asked them to help us to present the awards to those employees recognised.

Looking ahead at 2018…

With a new year comes new challenges and goals, and as the theme for 2018 is “a better way of doing things”, this is a year in which we want to focus on the standardization of internal practises to continually improve our services. Such practises include:
